The days are starting to get shorter, and as autumn settles in, we’re all beginning to embrace a slower pace of life. After the busyness of summer, we’re inviting you to take a moment for yourself, slow down and reset. Our scalp massages are lasting just that little bit longer, and the salon has taken on that warm, cosy feeling we love so much. If you’ve visited us recently, you’ll know exactly what we mean. It almost feels like escaping for an hour or two. Whether you’re popping in for a refresh or getting ready for a last-minute trip, we’re here to help you leave feeling lighter, refreshed and ready for whatever comes next.
It’s been a little while since we last wrote to you and we are sorry we didn’t get to guide you through Summer. Summer is always a busy time of year, but this year has been especially exciting for us here at Stanley Watts Hair Salon! INSIGHT CONTINUES TO IMPRESS
One of the most exciting changes we’ve made this year has been introducing Insight Professional into the salon. The feedback has honestly been incredible.
Clients love the naturally derived ingredients, the concentrated formulas and the fact that the products simply perform. Better for your hair, kinder to the planet and exceptional value because a little goes a very long way. And the range continues to grow.

A Little Personal Note from Francesca & Stanley
We have some very special news to share with you all (which most of you would have heard by now)… we are absolutely over the moon to announce the arrival of our gorgeous little boy, Luca, who joined us on Friday, 24th July!
Some of you may have already had the pleasure of meeting Luca, and for those who haven’t, you’ll no doubt start to see his little face popping up at the salon as Francesca begins to visit to the salon more often.
We want to take a moment to say a huge thank you to our incredible team for supporting us throughout this time, but also for continuing to look after all of you so wonderfully. We couldn’t be more grateful to have such a wonderful team behind us.
And, of course, a massive thank you to all of you, too. We have been genuinely overwhelmed by the amount of love, support, cards and thoughtful gifts we’ve received over the last couple of months. It really does mean the world to us, and we feel so lucky to have you not just as clients, but as such wonderful supporters of us and our little family.
We know we’ve been a little quiet over the summer, but we hope you understand why. We wanted to take a step back, switch off for a little while and truly soak up this precious time with our gorgeous boy. These early days really do fly by, and we’ve been making the most of every single moment.
Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for being part of this journey with us. We can’t wait to see you all back in the salon soon!

We’re excited to share that Francesca will be returning to the salon from the beginning of November, working a reduced schedule as she eases back into salon life.
Her diary will is now open for bookings. At this time Francesca will only be accepting appointments from current clientele as appointments will be limited. Her new hours for winter will be.
Mondays 3pm- 7pm
Wednesdays 10am- 3pm
Bi weekly Saturdays 9am - 1pm
Please call the shop to get booked in or if you need support finding an appointment. We also recommend booking in advance. We can’t wait to have Francesca back on the salon floor.

price increase
We wanted to let you know that, from 15th November 2026, there will be a small increase to our salon prices.
We’ve put this off for as long as possible, but with the rising cost of products and ongoing inflation, we’ve reached a point where this adjustment is necessary.
We’re incredibly grateful for your continued support and understanding. It means the world to us that you continue to choose Stanley Watts, and we remain committed to providing the quality, care and experience you know and love.
